来陕外籍商人跨文化适应问题的影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的深化以及人们跨国、跨地区流动的增加,跨文化适应现象引起了研究者的关注。选取来陕外籍商人这一特殊群体作为研究对象,通过问卷调查数据分析等方法对来陕外籍商人跨文化适应的状况进行分析,结果表明来陕外籍商人跨文化适应的三个核心变量都处于中上水平,它们之间呈中等程度的显著正相关;在所考察的来陕外籍商人跨文化适应的影响变量中,异质文化认同度对文化适应之间呈现显著的相关,异质文化认同对文化适应有着显著的影响作用。With the deepening of globalization and the increasing of the transnational and trans-regional population flow, the phenomena of the intercultural adaptation has drawn the researchers＇ attention. The foreign businessman in Shaanxi was selected as the research object, to analyze the Shaanxi foreign businessman＇s cross-cultural adaptation condition through questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods. The results show that all of the three core variables of cross-cultural adaptation are at the upper level, and they present moderate degree of significant positive correlation; among all the effective variable, the neterogeny culture identity shows positive correlation with cultural adaptation, and the neterogeny culture identity has a significant impact on the cultural adaptation.
