摘　　要：目的:以Flash为平台,结合创新性开发研制《医学免疫学(案例版)》CAI课件。方法:选取软件平台、构建素材库、设计整体框架、完成中间制作过程、整合包装。结果:课件研制成功。讨论:Flash课件具有丰富的操作按钮,交互性强;在动画中合理使用影夹及超链接命令,凸显知识体系的层次感,条理性强;在颜色色调及布局方面参考"黄金分割"理论,色调柔和,布局合理,美观大方。Objective：Based on Flash platform, the innovative is used to research ＂Medical Immunology（case version）＂ CAI courseware.Methods： Courseware development process involves software platform selection, material library construction, design of the overall framework, making intermediate process and the final integrated packaging and other key links. Results： ＂Medical Immunology（case version）＂ CAI courseware was successfully developed. Conclusion： The courseware based on Flash has rich operation button and strong interaction; in the animation, the reasonable use of shadow clips and hyperlinks can highlight the knowledge hierarchy consecution sex is strong; in color tone and layout reference, the ＂golden section＂ theory is used to make the colors soft, layout reasonable and more beautiful and generous.
