摘  要:转制高校约占我国普通高校总数的1/5以上,部分转制高校在人才培养中没有处理好保持行业特色与融入地方的矛盾,部分转制高校原有的人才培养特色逐渐淡化或消失。转制高校应依据"立地顶天"的人才培养理念,通过坚持行业特色、强化校地合作,培育和形成新的人才培养特色。The transformed universities roughly account for more than 1/5 of all the universities in China, some of the transformed universities fail to deal with the contradiction between the maintaining of their industry characteristics and the integration into the locality in their talent training, and some make the characteristics of their original talent training gradually fade or disappear. The transformed universities should cultivate and develop the characteristics of new talent training in accordance with the talent-training idea with "indomitable spirit" by sticking to their industry characteristics and strengthening the school-locality cooperation.
