亚洲地区学生奶饮用计划概况分析

摘　　要：学生奶饮用计划的存在是为了鼓励儿童摄入乳制品,改善营养不良并帮助儿童培养良好的饮食习惯,以提高儿童的营养健康水平。在联合国粮食与农业组织(FAO)的积极倡导下,全球已有60多个国家积极响应并实施了学生饮用奶计划。根据2015年FAO和国际乳制品联合会(IDF)进行的调查显示,学生奶饮用计划已让全球1.4亿儿童受益。本文对亚洲地区七个国家(中国、日本、韩国、马来西亚、泰国、越南、伊朗)目前学生奶计划的监管及推广机构、主要目标、包装规格及价格、政府补贴、受益情况和现存挑战等方面进行了综述。School milk programmes encourage the consumption of milk and milk products by children in order to im- prove child health and nutrition, to increase enroll and improve scholastic performance. Currently, school milk program was implemented in more than 60 countries around the world. According to FAO and IDF survey results released in 2015, school milk programmes reach 140million children worldwide. This review is focus on school milk current administrative situation with government, main objectives, pack size and market value, government subsidies, number of children benefit from school milk and serious challenges faced now for China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Iran.
