摘　　要：从企业化管理模式的角度出发,在高校班级管理中充分应用企业化管理模式,促进高校班级管理效率,全面提升学生素质。Based on the perspective of enterprise management mode, this paper studies how to fully use enterprise management mode in the college class management in order to promote the efficiency of classroom management,improve the comprehensive quality of students.
