摘 要:高素质创新人才培养是时代对高等学校提出的迫切要求,是把我国建设成为创新型国家的决定性因素。本文结合社会需求,根据自动化专业的特点,提出并实践了"实验教学、工程实训、科研训练"三位一体的递进式、全学程的新型实践教学体系,采用分层次实验教学、分级别工程实训和分类别科研训练的方法,互为补充、有序递进、逐渐深化,全方位改革实践教学。实践表明,三位一体的新型实践教学体系,能够充分发挥学生的主体作用,对培养学生系统的工程能力和创新能力有明显作用。Training high-quality innovative is an urgent requirement to higher education institutions in this day and age,which is also a significant determinant to build China into an innovation-oriented country.Associated with the needs of society and based on the characteristic of automation specialty,this paper claims and executes an advanced system of practical education which combines 'experiment teaching,engineering training,scientific research' into a progressively entire-coursed trinity unit.The system use layered experiment teaching,leveled engineering training,and classified scientific research as methods to complete commutative complement,ordered progression and gradually intensification at the same time,unidirectional reform practice teaching.This system will make an omnibearing revolution to practice teaching mode.Practice indicates that this advanced practice teaching system of triune practical education is feasible in bringing students' main body effect into full play as well as making apparent function in cultivating students' engineering capability and innovation ability.
