精品课程建设促进教学改革发展的实践与思考

摘　　要：总结参与创建省级和校级精品课的实践经验,以精品课建设为契机,全面提高教育教学质量和促进教学改革。本文主要从精品课网站建设的重要性,强化网站建设,将网络化教学落到实处;精品课建设与评选,带动课程建设向规范化、个性化发展;将教学定位和课程特点融入特色教材中;打造名师,优化师资队伍结构;以精品课促进学科建设与发展五个方面提出自己的看法和建议。然而精品课程建设也是一项系统性工程,需要有系统的建设规划、完善的教学文件和合理的队伍结构,在课程负责人的带领下,发挥课程组的团队精神,精诚合作,经过几年的不懈努力,一定会在精品课程建设、教育教学改革等诸多方面收获一定成果。The summary of join to found provincial level and the field grade high-quality goods class's experience,take the high-quality goods class construction as a turning point,improves the education quality of teaching and the promotion educational reform comprehensively.This article mainly from the high-quality goods class website construction's importance,strengthens the website construction,the network teaching will land on feet;the high-quality goods class construction and the evaluation,lead the curriculum to construct to the standardization;the personalized development,integrates in the characteristic teaching material the teaching localization and the curriculum characteristic;the making famous teacher,optimizes the teachers troop structure;by the high-quality goods class promotion discipline construction and the development,five aspects proposes own view and the suggestion.However the high-quality goods curriculum constructs is also a systematic project,needs to have system's construction plan,the consummation teaching document and the reasonable troop structure,under the curriculum person in charge's leadership,the display curriculum group's team spirit,the absolute sincerity cooperation,passes through several year unremitting efforts,certainly will construct,the education educational reform in the high-quality goods curriculum and so on many aspects to harvest certain achievement.
