摘　　要：为培养高素质的创新人才,加快中国特色社会主义强国的建设步伐,提出了以道德品质为引领,促进创新人才之培养的方法,分析了该方法的缘由、重要性及必要性,叙述了以道德品质为引领培养创新人才的模式、方法、实践及效果,实际结果表明:该方法是可操作的、可行的,确实对创新人才的培养从根本上起到了促进作用,是培养创新人才、高素质人才的好方法。To cultivate the innovative talents of high quality,and to quicken the pace of China socialist strong country with Chinese characteristics is built,the method of take moral character as lead to promote the cultivation of innovative talents was proposed.This method's reasons and necessity and importance were analyzed.The model,method,practice and effect of take moral character as lead to cultivate the innovative talents were described.The practical results show that the method is operational and feasible,and it play indeed a push forward role from foundation in cultivate the innovative talents,and it is the good means to cultivate the innovative and high quality talents.
