摘　　要：近年来,在人口变化、同行竞争、招生政策等因素的综合影响下,吉林省大部分高职院校生源出现大幅度下降的趋势,极大地制约了高职院校的发展,同时也形成了倒逼高职院校开展新一轮改革的良好发展机遇。高职院校通过降低入学门槛、拓宽生源渠道、突出办学特色、加强专业内涵建设,全面开展中高职衔接与专本衔接以及现代学徒制试点工作,能够化"危"为"机",提高人才培养质量。In recent years, under the comprehensive influence of factors such as the population change in Jilin province, peer competition and also admissions policy, the number of the students in most of the higher vocational colleges in Jilin province appears the trend of sharp drop. Although this trend has greatly restricted the development of higher vocational colleges, it has urged the vocational colleges to form good opportunities for development of a new round of reform of vocational education by lowering the entrance threshold, enlarging channels, highlighting the school characteristics,strengthening professional connotation construction and carrying out comprehensive high cohesion and high cohesion and modern apprenticeship pilot work. As a result, the higher vocational colleges can turn disadvantage into advantage, thus improving the quality of employment, strengthening the employment advantage and achieving good and fast development of higher vocational colleges in Jilin province.
