摘  要:马尔科姆·诺尔斯的自我指导学习理论深刻揭示了成人学习者的学习特点,作为成人教育的重要组成形式——企业培训,应该依据诺尔斯的成人教育理论,探索适应成人发展的企业培训模式。企业培训中应该以自我指导学习理论为依据,承认成人学习者的主体地位,以契约式学习模式为基础,构建符合成人学习特点的企业培训模式,提高培训的实效性,扩大培训成果在开发人力资源方面的影响。Knowles' self-directed theory has deeply revealed the learning features of adult learners,and the theory should be applied in corporate training programs,which is an important part of adult education,in order to improve the effect of human resource development. A corporate training model which fits in with the characteristics of adults' development should be built to improve the efficacy of adult learning,and the training model should be based on the self-directed theory and the contractual learning mode. So that the training results in the development of human resources could play a lasting and thorough impact to the development of human resource.
