波特五力模型视角下开放大学竞争态势分析

摘　　要：哈佛商学院教授迈克尔·波特在分析企业面临的市场竞争环境时,提出了著名的"五力分析模型",对企业制定战略产生了重大的影响。远程教育行业有着巨大的市场前景,吸引了多方的参与和竞争。运用迈克尔·波特的五力模型从潜在进入者的威胁、同一行业间的竞争、购买者的讨价还价能力、供应商的议价能力以及替代品的威胁方面,来对开放大学所处的外部环境进行分析,有助于认清开放大学所面临的机会与挑战。In the analysis of the enterprises＇ market competition environment,Michael Porter,the Harvard Business School Professor,puts forward the ＂Five Forces Model＂,which has global consequences to formulate the enterprise strategy. Distance education industry has a huge market prospects,which has been attracting multi-participation and competition. By using Michael Porter＇s Five Forces Model from the new entrants to the threat,competition with industry,bargaining power of buyers,the bargaining power of suppliers,and the threat of alternatives,this paper analyzes the external environment of open university and tries to understand the facing opportunities and challenges of open university.
