摘　　要：微格教学是训练职前和在职教师教学技能的有效方法之一。随着信息技术手段的发展,微格教学除了要实现数字化的发展需要,还要顺应学习的移动化、微型化及碎片化需要,而微课就是其中的关键。通过整合微课,有效促进数字化微格教学的效益,更好地发挥微格教学提升教师教学能力的作用。Micro-teaching is one of the effective methods of teaching skills training for pre service and in-service teachers. With the development of information technology, Micro-teaching not only meets the need of the development of digital technology, but also conforms to the mobile learning, miniaturization and fragmentation needs and micro lesson is the key. Through the integration of micro lesson, effectively promote the benefi ts of digital micro-teaching, better play the micro-teaching to enhance the ability of teachers＇ teaching skills.
