摘  要:在制造业转型升级国际背景下,"中国制造2025"为我国制造业转型升级提供了行动指南,即以满足经济社会发展需求为目标、创新发展为主题、两化融合为主线、智能制造为核心、提质增效为保障。据此,需要创新研发型、智能网络型、绿色生态型和技术技能型等新型人才。基于此,现代职业教育发展应纵向贯通,打破职业院校学生发展的"天花板";横向融通,构建职业教育利益相关者的"旋转门";外部联通,构建职业教育与培训的"一条龙";对接产业,打造专业结构"升级版"。In the global background of transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry,the "Made in China2025"plan provides guidance for the transformation and upgrade of Chinese manufacturing industry,namely,taking meeting the demand of the economic and social development for the goal,innovative development for the theme,integration of informatization and industrialization for the focus,smart manufacturing for the core and improving quality and enhancing efficiency for the security. Therefore,new-era talents are required with skills in innovative research and development,intelligent information technology,environmentally-friendly industries and technical specialty.Based on the requirements above,the development of modern vocational education needs vertical penetration,breaking the ceiling of vocational school students' career paths; it also meeds horizontal accommodation,building revolving doors for stakeholders; still it needs external connection,constructing the streamline of vocational education and training and again it needs a direct interface with the industry,making the upgraded version of major curricular structures.
