摘　　要：由于学校、企业、学生三方利益出发点不同,近年来顶岗实习乱象频出,使这一教学形式备受争议。做好顶岗实习工作,需要各方先从观念转变、明确责任、利益维系等源头入手,适度将顶岗实习与就业"松绑",尝试同时段、分阶段或多时段、复合式实习模式,通过设立顶岗实习监控站、加强顶层设计等措施,由校企双方合作育人,抓好顶岗实习分阶段方案设计、过程管理和结果考核。The disorderly post practice makes the teaching mode quite controversial due to the different interests of colleges, enterprises and students. This study assumes that colleges, enterprises and students can work together in the perspectives of conceptual renovation, responsibility classification and interest share. A new multi-staged mode of post practice can be applied to strengthen scheme design, process management and performance assessment.
