摘　　要：笔者选取浙江省经济较发达且高校密集的三个城市,走访了各大高校、大学生创业园、人社局、风投机构,发现大学生当前创业融资难依然是创业的重要阻力,内源性融资是创业初期的主要来源,融资模式受创业模式影响,融资各阶段的需求与供给机制未有效形成等现状问题,并指出:缺少有形资产抵押、亲情融资能力低、创业融资体系缺失,项目融资可持续性差、投资评估体系落后等是主要原因。The paper looked into abundant undergraduates’ entrepreneurship materials from such institutions as universities, undergraduates’ pioneering zones, human resources and social security bureaus, and venture capital organizations in the developed cities of Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou. It thus disclosed the problems in start-up financing as the biggest obstacle, like endogenous financing in the initial stage of start-up, financing mode limited in entrepreneurial model, and financing demand and supply mechanisms lacking in different stages. These problems were attributed mainly to no tangible property mortgage, incapable family financing, zero start-up financing system, weak sustainability in projects financing and backward financing assessment mechanism.
