基于效用的浙江学校阳光体育运动教育资源配置现状及对策研究

摘　　要：研究基于资源配置理论对浙江省251所大、中、小学校阳光体育运动教育资源配置状况及其效用进行调查,包括态度与行为、实施途径、保障措施、以及评价与监督四个方面,发现阳光体育运动对各教育阶段的领导、教师、学生意识与行为都存在不同程度的影响,且通过意识与行为的干预,学生的锻炼态度发生很大的转变,通过实施途径、多元化的项目发展等方式可以提高资源配置效用、缓解稀缺。Through a survey of the state and allocation of Shine Sports educational resources of 251 universities, high schools and primary schools in Zheiiang province, the study based on the resources allocation theory has found Sun- shine Sports, in the aspects of attitude, behaviour, implementation approach and security measure, exert varying de- grees of influence on the leaders, teachers, students＇ consciousness and behaviour of different educational stages. It also discovered that students＇ attitude towards exercise can be changed significantly by consciousness and behaviour intervention and that the effectiveness of resources allocation can he improved through the implementation approaches and the development of pluralistic programs.
