高职院校学生休闲现状及休闲文化建设研究

摘　　要：大学生可自由支配的时间较多,其休闲活动的开展情况直接关系到个人的健康发展。依托于浙江交通职业技术学院,采取抽样调查的方式对高职学校学生的休闲现状进行了调查。根据调查结果,分析了高职院校休闲文化建设中存在的各种问题,并从社会、学校、学生自身三个角度出发,剖析了造成这些问题的原因,最后,通过对当前现实情况的思考,提出了高职院校学生休闲教育的实践策略,以期为高校开展休闲教育、提高学生休闲生活质量、提升学生自身素质和修养提供帮助,从而,引导大学生健康成长和全面发展。There are more discretionary time for college students. How their leisure activities carried out are affects their healthy development directly. Based on Zhejiang Institute of Communications, the paper takes the way of sampling investigation on the current leisure situation of higher vocational school students. According to the survey, it analyzes the problems existing in the leisure culture construction in higher vocational colleges, and dissects the causes of these problems from three angles of society, schools and students. Finally, through the consideration of the current reality, it puts forward the strategy of leisure education for higher vocational college students, so as to help colleges and universities carry out the leisure education, improve the quality of students＇leisure life, enhancing quality and self- cultivation for students. Thus, students can be guided to grow up healthily and develop comprehensively.
