摘 要:针对茶多酚的各种保健功效,茶多酚作为抗氧化剂以及其他用途也越来越广泛,所以茶多酚的提取纯化工艺的研究也受到大家的关注。本文综述了目前国内外茶多酚纯化工艺的研究,介绍了茶多酚纯化的几种方法,比如大孔树脂吸附分离茶多酚,离子沉淀-絮凝纯化茶多酚和微波辅助分离纯化茶多酚。还对没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)单体纯化工艺进行综述,最后对茶多酚的纯化工艺进行了展望。For various health benefits of tea polyphenols , tea polyphenols as antioxidants and other purposes is becoming more and more widely , so the extraction and purification process of the tea polyphenols research have also been everyone’s attention. The current domestic and international tea polyphenols purification technology research was summarized , several methods of tea polyphenol purification were introduced , such as large Kong Shuzhi adsorption separation of tea polyphenols , ion precipitation -flocculation purification of tea polyphenols , microwave assisted purification of tea polyphenols , the EGCG monomer purification process of the tea and the purification of tea polyphenols .
