摘 要:对于复杂可修系统,尤其是非马尔科夫可修系统的可靠性评估,常规的数学解析法计算十分复杂,甚至无法得到预期的结果。研究基于故障树最小割集和蒙特卡罗仿真的方法对复杂可修系统的可靠性进行评估,建立相应的仿真模型,设计相应的仿真算法,给出不同维修策略下复杂可修系统的各项可靠性指标,可以为系统的可靠性管理和维修决策提供支持。以某战斗机导弹发射系统为例,验证了模型及算法的有效性。It is very complicated for the routine mathematical method to get the expected results when used to assess the reliability of the complex repairable system, especially the non- Markov repairable sys- tem. In order to assess the complex repairable system's reliability, this paper establishes the corresponding simulation model and designs the corresponding simulation algorithm based on the minimal cut sets of fault tree and Monte Carlo simulation. Then, this paper gives each reliability index of the complex repaira- ble system to provide support for the system reliability management and maintenance decision. Finally, an example of a fighter missile launch system verifies the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm.
