摘  要:高职导游专业目标是培养能胜任旅游工作的高素质技能型专门人才,这就要求导游专业教师既要有较高的理论水平,还要具备较强的实际操作能力。为此,要建立科学、公正、可行的考核评价机制、激励机制和竞争机制,坚持导向性、科学性、可操作性和发展性原则,把评价体系分成4个一级指标和12个二级指标,全面涵盖教师的必备的实践能力,以更好地对教师进行评价。The goal of higher vocational guide major is to cultivate high quality technical talents qualified for the tourism work, and this requires the professional teachers should not only have higher theoretical level, also have strong ability of practical operation. Therefore, to establish the scientific, fair and feasible evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and competition mechanism, it insists on the principle of guidance, scientific nature and operation, and development, the evaluation system is divided into 4 first-level indicators and 12 secondary indicators, and covers the necessary practical ability of teachers comprehensively in order to better evaluate the teachers.
