摘  要:教师的发展关系到高职院校人才培养的质量。当前高职物流管理专业教师在发展过程中存在专业知识的不足、实践能力的欠缺、教学能力有待提高、科研能力不够等问题。通过分析这些问题,提出了一些高职物流管理教师全面发展的建议:根据教师特点分方向培养,多角度提高实践能力,改变传统教学模式,积极推进物流管理教师科研能力,专业带头人全面服务专业建设。The development of teachers is related to the quality of higher vocational education. Currently in the developing process of higher vocational logistics management teachers, their professional knowledge is not enough, practice ability lacks, teaching ability needs to be improved, and scientific research .ability is not enough. By analyzing these problems, it puts forward some suggestions for the overall development of logistics management teachers: according to the characteristics of teachers it cultivates teachers in different directions, improves practice ability from multi-perspective, changes the traditional teaching mode, enhances the scientific research ability, and the professional leaders serve professional construction comprehensively.
