摘  要:目的探讨自进动样器进样,离子色谱法测定绿叶蔬菜中氟含量的检测方法。方法在酸性溶液中,绿叶蔬菜中的氟化物经超声波萃取,过0.45μm滤膜过滤,自动进样器进样,离子色谱法测定。结果在0.1 mg/L^2.0 mg/L浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈线性关系。样品测试的相对标准偏差在3.23%~6.95%,加标回收率在96.5%~104.5%之间。结论该方法适用于绿叶蔬菜样品中氟含量的测定。Abstract: Objective To investigate the method of fluorine determination of leafy vegetables by ion chromatography. Method fluoride in green leafy vegetables extracted by ultrasonic In acidic solution , filtered by 0.45 μm membrane, determinated by automatic sampling ion chromatography. Result In0. 1 mg/L-2.0 mg/L concentration range, peak area and concentration was linear relationship. The relative standard deviation of sample test was 3.23 %-6.95 %, and the recovery rate was between 96.5 %-104.5 %.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of fluoride in green leafy vegetables.
