摘　　要：目的分析结晶样视网膜变性(Bietti crystalline dystrophy,BCD)患者血清中镁、钙、钾、钠及氯离子浓度的变化情况。方法采用回顾性序列病例研究方法,选取临床诊断为BCD患者50例纳入BCD组,另选取99位正常人作为正常对照组,按盲法由专业技术人员完成血清离子浓度检测,并分别行BCD组和正常对照组比较。结果 BCD组患者血清中,钙离子和钾离子浓度分别为(2.323±0.092)mmol·L^(-1)和(4.123±0.355)mmol·L^(-1),与正常对照组相比均显著升高(t=-4.266,P=0.000;t=-4.081,P=0.000);镁离子浓度为(0.845±0.052)mmol·L^(-1),与正常对照组血清中镁离子浓度(0.874±0.076)mmol·L^(-1)相比显著下降(t=2.767,P=0,006);钠和氯两种离子血清浓度与正常对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 BCD患者血清中钙离子和钾离子浓度升高,镁离子浓度降低,其可能与BCD的发病有关。Objective To study the concentration changes of serum magnesium,calcium,potassium,sodium and chloride ions in patients with Bietti crystalline dystrophy（ BCD）. Methods Based on the retrospective study and the simple size in the statistics,5 0 patients with BCD and 9 9 norm al people were taken serum ions test by professionals in hospital according to single blind study. Data were analyzed statistically between BCD and norm al group. R esu lts In the clinical serum ions test of BCD group,the concentration of calcium and potassium were（ 2. 3 2 3 ± 0. 0 9 2） m m ol · L^-1and（ 4. 123 ± 0. 355） mmol·L^-1,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of norm al group（ t =- 4. 2 6 6,P = 0. 0 0 0; t =- 4. 0 8 1,P = 0. 0 0 0）,but the concentration of m agnesium was（ 0. 8 4 5 ± 0. 0 5 2） m m ol · L^-1,which was significantly lower than the norm al group（ t = 2. 7 6 7,P = 0. 0 0 6）. There was no significant difference in rem ainder two serum ions concentration between BCD and norm al group（ all P〈 0. 0 5）. C on clu sion In patients with BCD,the concentration of calcium and potassium increases,and the concentration of m agnesium decreases,which are probably related with the occurrence of BCD.
