摘　　要：创新创业教育本身就是一项创新性的事业,高职开展创新创业教育更是一项崭新事业。每一所高职因为自身特点、历史沉淀、发展阶段、地理位置等不同,其创新创业教育战略与路径也应该各具特色。遵循一般的管理学原理和制订科学的计划是一切事业成功的前提和保障,高职开展创新创业教育,首先,需要树立正确的理念,摒弃以往那些创新创业教育仅仅是为了提高就业率等短见;其次,需要制定与高职自身相符的创新创业教育战略,确定战略目标,提出战略手段、措施、方法等;最后,需要从组织保障、文化营造、课程体系、师资队伍、实践条件、科学评价等方面实施战略计划。Innovation and entrepreneurship education itself is a creative project. And it is band-new to carry out innovation and entrepre-neurship education in higher vocational colleges. Each higher vocational college should have its own innovation and entrepre-neurship education strategy and path based on its own characteristics, history, development stage and geographical location. However, following management principles and making a scientific plan are the prerequisite and guarantee of career success. Therefore, while carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education, higher vocational colleges should first set up right concept, abandon the understand that innovation and entrepreneurship education equals to raise employment rate. Then, higher vocational colleges should develop innovation and entrepreneurship education strategies which are in line with higher vocation-al college＇s own characteristics. Lastly, it is also necessary to implement strategy plan from aspect of organization security, cul-ture building, curriculum, teaching staff, practice condition, and scientific assessment, etc.
