基于胜任力培养的高职创新创业课程体系构建研究

摘　　要：创新创业活动对学生提出了更高的能力要求。根据创新创业胜任力的需求与培养特点,高职院校可构建"先易后难,逐级聚焦"的创新创业课程体系。该课程体系通过创新创业普及课程等三类课程,在较大范围实现对学生外显性创业胜任力的培养,通过创新创业文化课程等四个层次课程培养内隐性创业胜任力。Innovation and entrepreneurial activities have high demand on students＇ abilities. According to the characteristics and require-ments of students＇ competence in innovation and entrepreneurship, higher vocational colleges could construct a innovation and entrepreneurship course curriculum featured＂from easy to difficult, focus step by step＂. Students＇ external innovation and entre-preneurship abilities could be achieved by three kinds of courses. And students’internal innovation and entrepreneurship abili-ties could be achieved by four-leveled courses.
