摘　　要：物理教育方向应用型人才培养中实践教学是非常重要的环节.本文以河西学院培训学生参加全国大学生物理教学技能大赛为例,总结了一些成功作法,探讨了教学技能大赛对实践教学的促进作用:有利于教师的教育教学观念的转变和更新;有利于师范生的专业教学思想巩固和提高;使师范类专业的实践教学深化和加强.Practice teaching is a very important part in the training of the applied talents in Physics education. Based on the participation, by the students from Hexi University, in the physics teaching skills competition for national undergraduates, this paper summarizes some of the successful practices, discusses the role of teaching skills contest for promoting practice teaching： The concept of education of teachers and students has been further changed and updated; the professional thinking of normal students has been further consolidated and improved; and the practice teaching normal students has been further deepened and strengthened.
