摘　　要：高职院校的职业竞赛是提高学生的专业技能水平和专业实践能力的又一种教学模式,职业技能竞赛文化是校园文化建设的载体,把职业竞赛文化与校园文化进行深度融合,带动师生的积极性,营造校园良好的氛围,不仅有利于促进人才队伍的培养,更有助于提升校园的软实力,促进学校可持续发展。the vocational competition in higher vocational colleges is another teaching mode to im‐prove the students’ professional skill and practical ability .The vocational skill competition culture is the carrier of campus cultural construction , deeply integrating occupational competition culture with the campus culture to drive the teachers and students ’ incentives and create a good campus atmosphere is not only beneficial for the cultivation of talents ,but is also beneficial to improve the soft strength of the campus and promote the sustainable development of the colleges .
