摘  要:新常态下的高职大学生的就业形势严峻,这一方面是因为新常态下的经济变化带来了就业岗位的减少,另一方面是因为高校大规模的扩招也导致了毕业生就业的困难,而且高职学生的就业能力也不容乐观,存在着职业意识欠缺、职业技能不足、社会适应能力不强、应聘能力弱等问题。因此要在根本上解决高职大学生的就业难题,就必须提升其适应社会的能力,提高其自身的职业技能,并加强就业指导,有针对性地开展理性创业的教育,从而达到提高高职大学生就业率、提升就业质量的目的。Nowadays, with the development of China's New Normal economy, employment situation for vocational students has become much severer. On the one hand, New Normal economy has brought changes in structure and growth model, resulting in less job opportunities. On the other hand, large-scale increase of college enrollment has led to the difficulty of graduates' employment. Besides, vocational students' employment abilities are not very optimistic. Their professional consciousness, skills, social adaptation ability and job-applying ability have been constantly questioned by employers. To fundamentally solve the employment problems for vocational students, it is necessary to enhance vocational students' ability to adapt to the society, improve their vocational skills, strengthen employment guidance, and carry out rational business startup education. By doing these, a higher employment rate and the promotion of employment quality of vocational students can be achieved.
