摘　　要：创新型人才培养已成为人才强国战略的重要方向。在高等教育体系中,实验教学是培养学生实践和创新能力的基础性平台。实验教师是实验教学的组织者和管理者,对整个实践教学的质量起着决定性的作用,因此建设一支合格的高校实验教师队伍是提高人才培养效益的重要措施。以天津医科大学护理学实验教学示范中心为例,讨论实验教师队伍建设对培养学生创新能力和实践能力的重要作用,初步探索如何有效加强实验教师队伍建设,提高复合型护理人才培养质量。Innovative talent training has become an important direction of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. In the higher education system, the experiment teaching is the groundwork for students＇ practical and innovative ability. Playing a decisive role in practice teach- ing, experimental teachers are the organizers and administrators. Hence, building a qualified experi- mental teacher team, is one of the important measures to improve the talent training. Taking Tianjin Medical University Nursing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center as example, discuss the important role that experimental teacher team construction plays in training students＇ innovation ability and practice ability, explore preliminarily how to strengthen the construction of the experimental teacher team effectively, and enhance the training quality of comprehensive nursing talents
