摘 要:针对有机化学实验对环境污染问题,并根据实际教学中所出现的环境污染问题,提出了在有机化学实验教学过程中,对实验内容、实验方法、实验手段等方面分析了实施教学改革的可行性。通过采用绿色催化剂、溶剂、氧化剂、减少原料用量等方法来实现有机化学实验绿色化。并从开设综合性多步合成实验,常量、小量、微量实验有机结合和引进微波、超声波等实验新技术以及废弃物的回收利用等方面探讨了有机化学实验的绿色化教学改革问题。探索出减少实验室污染的可行性方法,从而将学生培养成为具备绿色化学思想及环境保护意识的高素质应用型人才。In view of the problems of the environmental pollution caused by the organic chemistry ex- periments, this paper analyzed the feasibility of some certain measures such as implementation of teaching reform from the organic chemistry experiment content, experimental methods and means, and discussed the green teaching reform of organic chemistry experiments from establishing of comprehen- sive multi-step synthesis experiment, reasonable collocation of constant, epsilon, and trace experi- ment, the introduction of microwave, ultrasonic and other new testing technology, and waste recycling, etc. How to cultivate students who possessed green chemical thoughts and environmental protection con- sciousness and became high quality applied talents were discussed ment course in order to reduce the laboratory pollution. through organic chemistry experiment course in order to reduce the laboratory pollution.
