摘　　要：白地霉可通过利用发酵副产物、工农业生产中的废物进行培养,在培养过程中可获得大量种类繁多的发酵产物。白地霉发酵产物在食品、酿造、医药、饲料、水处理及生物工程等多项产业中得到了广泛的应用。该文主要介绍了白地霉发酵产物的应用研究进展。By using fermentation by-products,industrial and agricultural production wastes,Geotrichum candidum was cultured,obtaining a large number of different kinds of fermentation products in the process of cultivation.Fermentation of Geotrichum candidum is widely used in food,feed,medicine,brewing,water treatment and bioengineering industries.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of the application of fermentation products of Geotrichum candidum.
