摘  要:为适应生物类学科多专业的招生,满足应用型本科高校不同专业学生目标定位的需求,以微生物学为试点,构建了"基础-综合提高-研究创新"3水平模块式实验教学体系,并采取教师引导学生探究逐渐向学生独立探究的渐进式研究性教学模式。该体系实际应用的效果表明,不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣和主动学习能力,而且为进一步深造和工作奠定了良好的基础。In order to recruit students of biology class multi-specialty and meet the requirements of different major students with different objectives for applied undergraduate universities,taking the experiments of microbiology as an example,and the module of experiment system was established in three levels for basis,synthetical advancing and research innovation.Gradual research-oriented teaching pattern was conducted by transition from students' exploring guided by teacher to students' exploring independently.It is proved that this system arouses the interest and enhances autonomous learning of students,laying a good foundation for work and further study in the future.
