摘　　要：随着我国高校学生人数的增加,师资不足的矛盾愈发突出,青年教师在高校老师中的占比很大。因此,对青年教师的培养就显得尤为重要,教学能力的培养更是重中之重。必须高度重视并逐步解决目前青年教师教学能力培养方面存在的问题,明确教学能力的真正内涵,采取切实有效措施来提高高校青年教师的教学能力,为提升高等教育质量奠定坚实的人才基础。With the increase of the number of college students in our country, the contradiction between the shortage of teachers is becoming more prominent. Therefore, it is very important for the cultivation of young teachers, and the cultivation of teaching ability is the most important. We must attach great importance to and gradually solve the teaching ability of young teachers in training existing problems, clear the true mean- ing of teaching ability, to take effective measures to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in Colle- ges and universities, and lay a solid foundation of talent to enhance the aualitv of higher education.
