摘 要:【目的】试验旨在研究富维生素E转基因玉米对0~3周龄AA肉仔鸡的生长性能、血清α-生育酚含量和抗氧化能力的影响.【方法】将480只1日龄AA肉仔鸡公雏随机分为3个处理组,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡,试验期21d.【结果】3组肉仔鸡间生产性能差异均不显著(P>0.05).随着试鸡日龄增大,肉仔鸡血清α-生育酚含量下降.第7天时,富维生素E转基因玉米组和对照组2肉仔鸡的血清GSH-Px活性和T-SOD活性均显著高于对照组1(P<0.05);肝脏T-SOD活性对照组2肉仔鸡显著高于对照组1(P<0.05).第14天时,肝脏GSH-Px和SOD活性对照组2肉仔鸡显著高于对照组1(P<0.05).第21天时,富维生素E转基因玉米组和对照组2肉仔鸡血清α-生育酚含量均显著高于对照组1(P<0.05);肝脏MDA含量对照组1肉仔鸡显著高于富维生素E转基因玉米组(P<0.05);肝脏GSH-Px活性富维生素E转基因玉米组肉仔鸡显著高于对照组1(P<0.05);肝脏T-SOD活性富维生素E转基因玉米组和对照组2肉仔鸡显著高于对照组1(P<0.05).【结论】在本试验条件下,富维生素E转基因玉米能够提高肉仔鸡血清中α-生育酚含量,改善血清和肝脏的抗氧化能力,对肉仔鸡生长性能无显著影响.[Objective] The test was conducted to research the effects of genetically modified maize rich in vitamin E on growth performance, α-tocopherol content in serum and antioxidant capacity of broilers aged 0--3 weeks. [Method] Four hundred and eighty AA mate brolters ageo one-uay w a ed into three treatment groups with eight duplication for each group and 20 broilers in each duplication, and the test period was 21 days. [Result] The growth of broilers was not significantly different among three groups (P~〉0. 05). The a tocopherol content of serum decreased with the increasing of days. On the 7th day,both GSH-Px and T-SOD activity in serum of genetically modified maize rich in vitamin E (MRVE) and control 2(C2)were higher than those of control 1(C1) (P^0.05) ,and C2 was the higher at T-SOD ac- tivity in liver than C1 (P%0. 05). On the 14th day, the GSH-Px and T-SOD activity in liver of C2 were higher than those of C1 (P-C0.05). On the 21st day, the ^-tocopherol content in serum of C1 and MRVE were significantly higher than that of C2 (P^0.05). MDA content in serum of C1 was markedly higher than that of MRVE (P%0.05) ,GSH-Px activity in liver showed the reverse change trend (P%0. 05) and T-SOD activity in liver of MRVE and C2 were significantly higher than that of C1. [Conclusion] Under the test conditions,MRVE can improve a-tocopherol content in serum and antioxidant capacity in serum and liver and there is no significant effect on growth of broilers.
