西部地区高校大型仪器利用现状与分析

摘　　要：根据实际调研情况,针对西部边远地区高校在大型仪器使用与管理中共有或特有的现存问题,找出了阻碍边远地区高校大型仪器使用率的根本原因,结合自身特点提出从实验技术队伍建设、奖罚制度建设、仪器维修流程简化、设备购置前期论证、实验教学改革及教学模式多样化等方面提高大型仪器设备的使用率,发挥其应有效益。实践成效表明实施的基本措施具有可行性和合理性,可为大仪器设备管理工作提供一定的参考依据。Faced on some problems in the use and management of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities in western China,based on a series of actual investigations,the reasons for the inefficient use of large experimental equipment were discovered. This paper explored how to improve the use quality and enhance its rightful benefits. The suggestion includes the construction of laboratory technician team,construction of system of reward and penalty,simplification of equipment maintenance process,demonstration of instrument purchase,diversification mode of experimental teaching and experimental teaching reform. Practical achievements show that basic measures are rationality and feasibility. It provides references for the large instruments management in colleges and universities.
