摘  要:目的探讨建立科学、符合实际的绩效考核模式,以提高医院运营效率,控制运行成本,保证医疗质量。方法以某三级甲等综合医院呼吸内科为绩效考核对象,通过基于病种核算模式的绩效方案考核实践,对实施前后的科室运营指标进行对比分析。结果实施新的绩效考核后,呼吸内科奖励性绩效、出院人数、平均住院日、病床周转次数和门急诊总量较实施前均有显著升高(Z=-2.027^-2.021,P<0.05)。结论新绩效体系推行后,该科室的运行效率显著提高,人员待遇有了明显改善,科室建设也有了极大进步。Objective To create a performance-rating model that to be in line with a hospital actual situation, so as to improve operating efficiency, control running cost and guarantee medical quality. Methods Taking Department of Respirology at a tertiary hospital as a performance rating object, through the practice of disease accounting model, the operation index between before and after the implementation of the model was compared and analyzed. Results After carrying out the performance rating system, incentive rewards, number of discharged patients, average length of hospital stay, turnover of hospital beds, and total number of emergency patients in Department of Respirology notably increased verses that before carrying out the system (Z = -2.027----2.021,P〈0.05). Conclusion As the new system applied, the running efficiency of the Department boosts, perso- nal treatment improves, and the construction of the Department has also made great progress.
