摘  要:试验旨在研究不同水平的VE(44 IU/kg和250 IU/kg)和不同脂肪类型(3.5%豆油和3.5%亚麻籽油)对仔猪生长性能及脂肪酸组成的影响。采用2×2因子试验设计,选择健康、体重相近的经产母猪(长白×大白,3~4胎)48头,随机分成4个处理组,每组12头母猪。试验从母猪妊娠107 d开始持续至仔猪断奶(哺乳期21 d)结束,约28 d。结果表明,添加高水平的VE(250 IU/kg)显著提高了仔猪断奶重和平均日增重(P〈0.05),添加亚麻籽油显著提高了仔猪断奶重和平均日增重(P〈0.05),添加亚麻籽油能显著提高母猪乳、仔猪血浆和脑组织中n-3 PUFA的比例(P〈0.05)。添加VE能显著提高母猪乳、仔猪血浆及脑组织中VE的含量(P〈0.05)。在母猪妊娠后期和哺乳期添加亚麻籽油和VE能够提高仔猪生长性能及改变仔猪组织中脂肪酸的组成。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different levels of vitamin E (44 IU/kg and 250 IU/kg) and fat type (3.5% soybean oil and 3.5% linseed oil) on the growth perfor- mance and fatty acid composition of piglets. Forty-eight sows (Landrace white × Large white, 3-4 pari- ty) were selected and randomly allotted to 1 of 4 dietary treatments in a 2×2 factorial arrangement with 12 replicates per treatment. The experiment started on day 107 of gestation and lasted until the piglets were weaned on day 21 of lactation for a total of 28 days. The results indicated that supplementation with 250 IU/kg vitamin E could improve the weight of piglets at weaning and average daily gain (P〈 0.05). Linseed oil supplementation to the sows enhanced the weight of piglets at weaning and average daily gain (P〈0.05). Supplementation with linseed oil enhanced n-3 PUFA concentrations of the milk, piglets plasma and brain(P〈0.05). Vitamin E supplementation to the sows enhanced the coneentration of Vitamin E in the sow milk, piglet plasma and brain(P〈0.05). The addition of maternal linseed oil and vitamin E during late gestation and lactation improved profoundly the growth performance and modified the fatty acid composition of piglets.
