摘 要:按照培训时间进度的安排,把培训划分为训前、训中和训后三个阶段。"训中"是指集中培训过程这个阶段。本文以培训的专业化和教师专业发展为前提,按照现代教育评价理论以及中等职业学校教师的专业标准,采用动态与静态相结合方式,探讨了中职教师培训过程质量的评价问题,以培训管理、培训中的"教"、培训中的"学"为核心构建了一个由3个一级指标、10个二级指标、23个三级指标所组成的对培训过程质量进行评价的体系。According to the arrangement of the training schedule, the training is divided into three stages :before training, training process and after training in the secondary vocational teacher’s training. Training process refers to the centralized training timeat this stage. In this paper, with training specialization and the teacher career development as the premise, with theory of modern education evaluation and secondary vocational school teachers’ professional standards as instruction, the secondary vocational teacher training process quality problem as standards, by using the dynamic and static method, the evaluation of the quality in training process is discussed in this paper. With the training management and "teaching" and "learning" in training as the key part, the evaluation system is established withthree level1 indicators, ten secondary indexes and 23 tertiary indicators.
