摘　　要：辅导员工作精品项目是教育部启动的大学生思想教育新模式,为了评价辅导员工作精品项目的执行效果,运用层次分析法与模糊评价数学理论(AHP-Fuzzy),将理论与实证结合,建立辅导员工作精品项目评价指标体系与权重矩阵,对辅导员工作精品项目进行客观综合评判,评价结果为辅导员工作精品项目的实施者和项目管理部门提供指导和参考意见。Instructor work excellent projects are new mode of ideological education for college students, which was started by the ministry of education. In order to evaluate the implementation effect of instructor work excellent pro- jeers, the theory and the empirical analysis are combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evalua- tion mathematical theory （AHP-Fuzzy）. This paper establishes the evaluation system with multiple indexes and weight matrix, adopts the objective comprehensive evaluation to the excellent project, and provides guidance and reference for the excellent project implementation and project management department.
