摘　　要：把"行动导向"教学理念应用到课堂教学中并与企业需求结合形成成套教学体系,对京津冀地区乃至全国的高等职业技术院校均有较强的借鉴价值。通过成套创新的教学管理和服务,培养出具有较强实践能力的高素质职业人才,助力地区经济发展,满足社会对技能型人才的强烈需求。The application of the＂action-oriented＂teaching ideas into the classroom teaching and the formation of a complete set of teaching system when combining with the demands of the enterprises can be of strong reference value for the higher vocational and technical colleges in the areas of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei even all over China.Through the complete set of innovative teaching management and services,the high-quality professional talents with strong practical ability can be cultivated to boost the regional economic development and meet the strong social demands for skilled personnel.
