摘　　要：实践应用能力培养是高职院校环境类专业人才教育培养的核心任务,明确实践应用能力培养要正确处理理论与实践、整体化与个性化的辩证关系,分别从培养机制、课程建设、实践教学、教学方法、师资建设、培养评价等几方面进行了探讨分析。The training of the ability of practice and application is a core task of the talent education and training of higher vocational environment major and to make it clear the training of the ability of practice and application requires correctly dealing with the dialectic relations between the theory and practice and between integration and individuation,for which the discussion and analysis were conducted respectively in the aspects of the training mechanism,course construction,practice teaching,teaching methods,construction of teaching staff and training evaluation.
