摘 要:针对传统的往复柱塞泵普遍存在结构松散、节流损失大、效率低、受工作频率影响大等问题,创新性地提出了缸间齿轮联动液压发动机柱塞泵的结构原理,并论述了缸间齿轮联动液压发动机的工作原理。缸间齿轮联动液压发动机柱塞泵是一种将指示功直接转化为流体压力能的直线往复柱塞泵,具有结构紧凑、容积效率高等优点。缸间齿轮联动液压发动机柱塞泵的运动学研究为后续的动力学分析、流量压力分析、凸轮槽线优化和样机试制提供了参考依据。The structure and working principle of the plunger pump of the gear- linked cylinders hydraulic engine is put forward creatively for the issues that loose structure,more throttling lose,low efficiency and affected highly by working frequency that appearing in traditional plunger pump. And the structure and working principle of the gear- linked cylinders hydraulic engine are expounded. The plunger pump of the gear- linked cylinders hydraulic engine is a kind of liner reciprocating plunger pump that direct convert the indicated work into fluid pressure,it has advantages of compact structure and high volumetric efficiency. The kinematics research of the plunger pump of the gear- linked cylinders hydraulic engine provides reference for the later dynamics analysis,flow stress analysis,cam slot line optimization and prototype trial.
