摘 要:簇绒地毯的毯面绒头可以是圈绒、割绒和圈割绒。织造割绒地毯时,割绒机构是簇绒地毯织机的重要组成部分,必须保证勾线和割绒配合准确。分析了小型簇绒地毯织机典型割绒机构的工作原理和配合要求,依据其结构特点及渐开线的性能优势,设计了具有渐开线凸轮槽的割绒机构,建立了割绒机构的运动学模型,利用MATLAB-Simulink进行了运动学分析。结果表明,所设计的割绒机构结构合理,能满足地毯簇绒机割绒的工艺要求,且较已有曲柄摇杆的割绒机构简单可靠。The pile of tufted carpet can be loop pile,cutting pile and loop cut pile. The cut pile mechanism is an important part of the carpet tufting machine,it must make sure that the actions in cut pile tufting can be happened on time. The working principle and cooperation requirement of typical cut pile mechanismare analyzed,and a new type of cut pile mechanism is designed with reference to the structure characteristics of typical cut pile mechanism and the performance advantages of involute. And then,the kinematics models of two kinds of cut pile mechanism are set up by using MATLAB- Simulink. The results show that the mechanism design of the new cut pile mechanism is reasonable. it can satisfy the technological requirements of cutting pile and is much more simple and reliable than the typical cut pile mechanism.
