摘　　要：为顺应新闻出版业发展方式转变带来高素质、高技能新闻出版类创新人才的新需求,探索"教学工厂"模式在新闻出版人才培养中的应用,引进企业项目,加强实践教学;改革教学方法,转变培养方式;完善双师队伍建设,服务产业行业。高校要改革人才培养模式,加快创新人才培养,为我国新闻出版行业发展方式转变提供可靠的人才保障。In order to adapt to the new requirements of high-quality, high-skill innovative talents in press and publishing classwhich was brought by the change of press and publication industry development, the paper explores the application of ＂Teaching fac-tory＂ model in training the press and publishing talents, introduces enterprise projects and strengthens the practice teaching; it sug-gests innovating teaching methods, changing the cultivating modes, perfecting the double-teaching troops construction, and enhan-cing the construction of teaching team, service industry. Colleges and universities are supposed to innovate talents training modes,speed up the training of innovative talents to provide a reliable talent guarantee for the change of press and publication industry de-velopment.
