摘　　要：本文从测试学视角出发,以翻译测试设计原则为出发点,阐释现有翻译测试评分方法的分类以及评价量表的重要性。基于对翻译能力的回顾,并借鉴Angelelli的翻译能力构念框架,构建翻译能力评分量表,以期能够更好地测量译者的翻译能力。This paper focuses on language testing,discusses the principles of translation assessment and elaborates the classification of scoring methods and the significance of scoring rubrics. With reference to Angelelli’s construct framework of translation competence,it provides scoring rubrics for translation competence in order to better assess translators’ compentence.
