摘  要:该文从机电能量转换角度深入研究了双凸极电机电感周期变化特性对转矩输出能力的影响规律,提出双凸极无刷直流电动机的三相九状态控制方法。分析了双凸极电机三相绕组电感周期变化对相电流通入规律和进一步提升电磁转矩的控制规律的影响。采用场路耦合方法建立双凸极电机驱动系统模型,对比分析三相六状态和三相九状态控制策略对电流和输出转矩影响特性,得到不同转速和转矩下三相九状态控制的开关管优化导通逻辑和提前角参数。研制了1.3 k W双凸极无刷直流原理样机,实验验证了三相九状态控制策略对双凸极电动机输出转矩能力和调速系统运行效率的提高具有明显优势。A novel control strategy three-phase nine-state(TPNS) of doubly salient electro-magnetic machines(DSEM) was presented with influence laws of the periodic variation characteristics of inductance of DSEM to output torque,and was deeply discussed from the view of electromechanical energy conversion.The control regulations of phase current electrified laws and improvement of electromagnetic torque influenced by DSEM's inductance periodic variation were analyzed.The model of DSEM driving system was established with the field-circuit coupling method,and comparisons of influences on currents and torques between TPNS and three-phase,six state(TPSS) control strategies were conducted,optimized parameters as conduction logic and advanced angles of different speed and output torque were studied.Experiments were made with a 1.3 k W DSEM prototype and results demonstrate that the TPNS control strategy is helpful to increase the motor output torque,as well as efficiency of speed control systems.
