摘　　要：为实现对食品质量信息的追溯与控制,本文在相关研究的基础上,对食品质量追溯系统进行了需求分析,确定了其功能模块。采用统一建模语言(unified modeling language,UML),对系统的业务流程、静态模型和动态模型进行可视化建模,借助用例图、时序图和类图设计了系统模型,并通过活动图描述了系统内相关业务流程。To realize the traceability and control for food quality information based on relevant studies, this paper analyzes the requirements for food quality traceability system, and determined its function module. Using unified modeling language（UML）, the system＇s business process, static model and dynamic model are visualized. The system model is designed by means of use case diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram; at the same time, the related business processes are described by activity diagram.
