气质联用-内标法测定亚麻籽中脂肪酸含量

摘　　要：对新疆伊犁生长的亚麻籽中的脂肪酸组分进行含量测定研究。通过氢氧化钾-甲醇酯化反应，以十一烷酸甘油三酯为内标物，正己烷为溶剂，采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对脂肪酸甲酯成分进行分析，辅助NIST库检索工具分析成分。建立内标法计算脂肪酸组分含量的方法。结果表明，亚麻籽中不饱和脂肪酸含量超过90％（w／w）。该实验方法简便快捷，可做为内标法测定脂肪酸含量研究提供借鉴。The present study focus on the composition of fatty acids in linseed samples from Yili in Xinjiang province. After the methyl esterification reaction of linseed, hexane was directly injected as a solvent. The composition of fatty acid methyl ester was separated by GC-MS with C11：0 methyl ester as a intemal standard compound and analyzed with the help of NIST search tool. The results showed that unsaturated fatty acid is the main fatty acids in linseed with the content of more than 90%（w/w）. The established method is quick and easy, it can provide references for the research of the fatty acids content of the similar samples.
