乳制品中雌孕激素残留测定方法的研究

摘　　要：建立了超高效液相色谱测定乳制品中雌孕激素残留的检测方法。采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18（2.1×100mm，1.7μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-0．02mol／L的乙酸铵溶液为流动相；梯度洗脱，流速0．2mL／min，柱温35℃，检测波长为250nm，用外标法定量。五种雌孕激素在相应的浓度范围内相关系数均大于0．9999，回收率分别为82．0％-99．9％，相对标准偏差O．61％-5．18％。本方法简便、快速、灵敏，结果准确可靠，适用于乳制品中雌孕激素残留量的快速分析。An ultra performance liquid chromatography（UPLC） method for the determnation of estrogens and progesterones residues in dairy product was established . The Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column（2.1 × 100mm, 1.7μm） was used, acetonitrile and 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate with gradient elution were used as the mobile phase at flow rate 0.2 mL/min and at column temperature 35 ℃, the length of testing wave was 230nm. The correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves were greater than 0. 9999 in the corresponding concentration range. The average rate ranged form 82.0% to 99.9% with relative standard deviation ranged from 0.61% to 3.18%.The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and suitable for determination of estrogens and progesterones residues in dairy product.
