摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱测定乳制品中雌孕激素残留的检测方法。采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1×100mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02mol/L的乙酸铵溶液为流动相;梯度洗脱,流速0.2mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长为250nm,用外标法定量。五种雌孕激素在相应的浓度范围内相关系数均大于0.9999,回收率分别为82.0%-99.9%,相对标准偏差O.61%-5.18%。本方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确可靠,适用于乳制品中雌孕激素残留量的快速分析。An ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for the determnation of estrogens and progesterones residues in dairy product was established . The Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 × 100mm, 1.7μm) was used, acetonitrile and 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate with gradient elution were used as the mobile phase at flow rate 0.2 mL/min and at column temperature 35 ℃, the length of testing wave was 230nm. The correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves were greater than 0. 9999 in the corresponding concentration range. The average rate ranged form 82.0% to 99.9% with relative standard deviation ranged from 0.61% to 3.18%.The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and suitable for determination of estrogens and progesterones residues in dairy product.
