摘　　要：以陕西高校体育教育专业学生教学能力培养现状为研究对象,结合国外教师教育,从政策文件、学校管理、培养过程三方面进行分析。发现:(1)在人才培养方面学校的主动性和自主性不足。(2)校内实习培训的质量和效率不高。(3)高校和实习单位两者之间缺乏有效配合即责任和目标不明确。To distinguish the university sports education professional students' teaching ability training status as the research object,the union foreign teacher education,from policy documents,school management,training process three aspects for analysis.Found that:(1) in personnel training school initiative and the insufficient autonomy.(2) the practice of the training quality and efficiency is not high.(3) college and internship units lack of effective cooperation between that responsibility and the goal not clear.
